The Big 9 Months Old!!
Yesterday, Christopher Alton Davis was the big 9 mths old. Hard to believe how fast he is growing and gaining his independence. He went to the doctor today for his check up, and was 29" long (75%) and 20.9 lbs (50%). So, his growth has really slowed down since he's become mobile. And, boy is he mobile. This is the first time ever he hasn't been in the 90+ percentile! My little chunker is just too busy to eat. But, all was good and he's hitting all his developmental milestones, and only had to get one shot. That was traumatic enough, though. He has 4 teeth in now, and another 2 on the way!

Moving and May
Well, we are officially all moved in! It has been a busy couple of weeks. We closed on our old house on the 28th of April, and closed on the new house on the 29th. We started moving that afternoon and had everything loaded and moved by Saturday. We pulled some late nights to get everything unpacked and organized, so we could start enjoying the new house. It took us the whole week, but this weekend, we finished and had yesterday to just relax!
I had a wonderful Mother's Day. The boys sent me to the spa on Saturday for massage, facial and mani/pedi. After the last month of nonstop packing, moving and unpacking, it was wonderful! Then, Sunday they treated me to breakfast in bed (and I got to sleep in which was a real treat). Carson also gave me a coupon book ...there's even one in there for a foot rub lol. The day ended with a yummy dinner and the best chocolate cake ever. Who could ask for more? I got the royal treatment=)
May is such a great month. Not only because of Mother's Day, but graduations (congrats Lindsay), birthdays and anniversaries. And, the 19th is the most special day of the entire year. Not only is it our wedding anniversary, but it's also the anniversary of Jeff coming home from Iraq. It makes me realize how blessed we are to have each other, our family, and friends. Love to all!
